Since the weather is getting warmer (still in the low 50's but warmer) the neighbor boy (Matt) has been outside everyday after school playing hockey with a friend (Eli) from down the street. They are so nice to Jacob and Luke. They get to go over and play with them whenever they want and they actually get to play. So yesterday I finally went out and got some pictures of them playing. I just went and looked outside and they are playing baseball with about 5 or 6
other "big boys". How fun for my boys to live in a neighborhood where there are a bunch of other boys around. I'm not sure what they will do when we move. I guess we just have to pray that we have as good of neighbors at our new place.
Here is my attempt at being the "cool" mom of the neighborhood. I made popcorn for them while they were out there playing. Ben gives be a bad time but I really do want to be the place where all the kids want to be. We won't tell the kids this but it's just so I can keep an eye on them :)

I wish my little boy could be out there playing with them too! Ok, he'd get creamed at this point, but he's lacking masculine friendship at the moment!
I don't think you'll have to try very hard to be the cool mom. Cool comes pretty naturally to you, Ang. : )
